Community Garden Club: The Garden of Eatin’
Texas Hillel’s Community Garden Club is a group of students who are interested in local food, organic farming, and improving the environment. The vegetables generated from this project will be used by the Texas Hillel kitchen for Friday night dinners, and communal garden beds are also available. Plus, this group will have the opportunity to meet local farmers, share some cooking tips and meals, do volunteer service at other non-profit garden centers, and learn about traditional farming during the days of Abraham and Moses!
