Administrative Assistant/Projects Manager - Camp Young Judaea-Texas
We are looking for a fun, flexible, organized, and creative individual who is a team player and would like to work in a warm, family-oriented environment. Responsibilities will include tasks related to administrative work as well as preparation and mailing of marketing materials, creation of monthly newsletters, writing articles and publications, and registration for various events and summer camp. Project-oriented work with opportunities to use creativity and teamwork to plan and implement projects together with the entire camp staff. Summer responsibilities will include similar job description, but will take place at the campsite in Wimberley, Texas from June until beginning of August. Job will continue during the year at our winter office located in Meyerland in Houston.

Jewish Federation of Greater Austin seeks Financial Resource Development Intern
Looking for an intern at 10-20 hours per week to primarily provide event administrative support for Financial Resource Development. Duties would include:

- Assisting with maintaining our database
- Managing RSVPs, name tags, and seating arrangements for events
- Providing support at events
- Making phone calls to guests to confirm attendance, seating, etc.
This intern should be energetic, detail-oriented, and a multi-tasker. The intern should be comfortable working with databases. Work will be done out of our offices at 7300 Hart Lane during business hours: 9-5 Monday through Friday with some evenings and weekends.
The internship will be for four months, February through the end of May, with the possibility of more opportunities based on performance.

Teen Travel Camp Counselors Needed!
Do you live in the Dallas area? Do you like working with Teens? If you answered yes to these questions we have the perfect job for you. The Aaron Family Jewish Community Center of Dallas is looking for camp counselors for Teen Travel Camp.
Teen Travel camp runs from June 11 – July 27, and is for teens that are entering 7th – 9th grade. We are looking for someone who is a leader, responsible, and wants to have fun. Working at Teen Travel Camp gives you the chance to travel with the teens to fun places within the Metroplex as well as two extended out of town trips to both Houston and Colorado. Jewish family in west Austin looking for student with car and good driving record who can help with picking kids up after school, taking them to some after school activities, bringing home and some homework assistance at times. Kids are 11 and 14. Probably need 2-3 afternoons a week coverage. Can work out times and days. Pay to be arranged but somewhere between $10-15 per hour. May need occassional night sitter as well. Research Specialist
Join interdisciplinary social science team researching the American Jewish community. Primary responsibilities include supporting senior research staff, gathering data, assisting with data analysis and report preparation. Bachelor Degree in social sciences, with training in quantitative methods and statistics. Experience managing databases, as well as collecting and analyzing data is preferred.
